The Web App offers a number of bespoke reports that can be run in line with organisation requirements. A number of varied and fleet specific reports can be run including Journey, Activity, Detailed, Exception, Stop, Out of Hours, Alert and more. Managers can save and then share common reports with other members of their team.

CUSTOMISED DASHBOARDS

Reporting and Information Management Systems are often fixed, prescribed and inflexible.  We took a different approach when building Dashboards – our management and analytical tool.  You can report on and monitor the status of your vehicles and assets however you like by designing your own Dashboards.  Add widgets that graph key metrics like Active Hours; % of workers that have sped; Average Number Journeys; Maximum Speeds and more.  Arrange them how you like, filter them to display data from a subset of assets and even go back in time to view data from any day in the past.

SDS Technology provides you all the tools necessary to ease the burden of reporting on your mobile operations.  Our reporting suite allows you to save reports – allowing for later quick one click access.  And share common reports between other members of your organisation. Use the powerful scheduling criteria to automatically receive reports when you most need them – monthly, daily or even hourly!

MANAGE THOSE IMPORTANT PLACES

Manage locations, customer sites and more with the Places editor. Places and locations can be added, grouped and displayed on the Live Map along with contact details and notes. Street View allows you to view the location from a 3D, street level perspective. And virtual boundaries, or ‘geofences’ can be drawn around locations to signify areas of interest or ‘keep-out’ zones.
